Super woman

Today was one of those days… I put in for leave so I could rest and regroup. Neither happened. My employees called there was urgent funding that needed to be issued and employees who were missing their paycheck…today was the last day of spring break for the kids back to the regular routine next week. Not to mention it was that lovely day every 2wks when bills are due. My middle child needs glasses and my car is in the shop. If my mind wasn’t already in a million pieces my husband wants to spend time with me. But how? All I want to do is go home and sleep. Instead I drive him around to work and help him. It’s 2am. We are exhausted but laughing about old times. You see as a mother it’s easy to get caught up being a superwoman working, cleaning, paying bills, taking care of the kids and the house. Sometimes we forget that our husband’s still need us to. I have spent the last 5 hours with my husband not the most ideal romantic date night but every moment counted and it was worth it. To see the smile on his face & him knowing that nothing else mattered to me in the world but him for a few hours truly made me feel like a superwoman… #MommyYouCanDoIt #WifeYouCanDoIt
